Pulled over for doing a donut in the empty verizon parking lot at 23:30. Told him I dropped my new phone and when I went to grab for it my foot slipped off the the brake and hit the accelerator. He believed me, and said be more careful.

An OBS GASSER! F250 did a one legger across 6 lanes and almost hit me as I was traveling down rt 40 around 23:30 again. Stopped at the light, I put my window down, spooled up and broke the tires loose for about 1 second and took off and by 40 mph I was back to accelerating normally. Cop pulled ME over lol. Told him I was mad because he almost hit me and he said don't let someone else get you a ticket, have a good night.

Since 08/13/02 I've been pulled over
3 times in my Ranger
3 times in my Mazda
2 times in my moms van
3 times in my Ford (2x's in the past 10 days)
11 times total including 1 Ticket, 0 points, and 3 warnings.

Anybody else get pulled over this much!?! lol :yikes:

Don't get me started on this. I have had to many run ins with the law. The last one was at my house about a year ago. Don't even go there, almost went to jail that night, cop was an idiot and didn't like me telling him the laws of michigan. I'll leave it at that.

I got pulled over in a small town around here with my 68 stang. Cop asked me if I knew why he pulled me over. I told him no and he stated that my "tail lights were out." Doesn't help that the plates say WICKED68 a.k.a. cop magnet.

it started out on sunday i was in my mom ls and doing 55 in 35 that was the first ticket. then on tuesday i was late for school doing 45 in 25 secound ticket, then on the way home from school i got pulled over for illegally changing lanes witch is totaly bull crap, but wait it was the same cop who pulled me over eailier that morning, then it all makes sense to me, third ticket. then everything was cool untill friday after school i rear ended a guy and low and behold who shows up the cop you has already given me two tickets on tues. then he writes me two tickets failure to yeild and dangurous driving. the last one is the best i hade driving school on sat and i was late so i was speeding and got pulled over and my lisence was taken. pretty crapy week my mom was sooooooooooooooooo po. so since then for the past four years no tickets except for illegaly exiting a freeway in texas but in texas you can pay the ticket and pay an extra 50 for it not to go on your record. and i still drive carefull

I got pulled over twice in a 24hr period back in 2002. Both in NY, both for speeding. Only difference is the first one I could of gotten away from, 1 cop was pulling both me and my friend over (2 seperate trucks) my friend was the first truck, and I could've said I didn't see the officer motion me to pull over, but I bit the bullet. Both tickets cost me 3 pts on license, but they were both dropped to a moving violation only cost me $50.
I think a better question would be; How many cops have you run from, and lived to tell about it?:bolt:  .

When I was 16 or 17, I had a switch in my old '79 Dodge 3/4 ton that would disable the rear lights even when the brakes were pressed. It came in handy twice. First time I was doing about 85-90 in a 60 at night going home about 3 miles from my house out in the country. The COP passed me in the other lane going about as fast as I was, heard the tires squeal to a stop, I hit the switch and floored it. (Man that old 360 4 barrel could go!) I topped a hill and turned off on a dirt road to the right, turning off all of the lights as I was rolling into an oilfield road. COP never found me. I sat there for about 30 mins, needless to say, I was still late getting home for my curfue, but it saved me from getting a ticket, which I would have gotten into more trouble for!

2nd time, my buddy John and I were doing doughnuts in a closed fairgrounds parking lot. He was in his '68 F100 (352BB Auto) and me in my '79 Dodge. Cop Rolled in and again I flipped the switch, and started making circles. I tossed up soo much dust the cop couldn't see which way we left. (CB's are GREAT tools!) We were back at my buddies house in 5-6 mins sweating. We pulled the trucks into his backyard and stayed inside the rest of the night.

Marty - I have no idea why your getting pulled over soo much. I've only been pulled over twice in the last 10 months. Once for "driving in a 3/4 Ton and below only zone" and once for "License Plate light out"...both were warnings.

I did get pulled over in Japan on base by the base police for speeding, long story short, it doesn't matter what your BAC is after a blood test, if they lie and say your breath was a 0.11 (when your blood is 0.01), then you get you japanese drivers license suspended for 2 years, and life, if you gripe and try to fight the system.

The 2 times I got pulled over in my moms van was the same day w/in the same hour.

Taking the Ex girl to the airport - doing 81 in a 65 (got a citation for Lindsey not wearing her seat belt - the cop did that b/c he clocked traffic around me at 90+). About 40 min later the airport police pulled me over for doing 55 in a 35. Just told me to slow down.

In a little over 150,000 miles in driving... I have never been pulled over.

Reason? I drive like grandma 90% of the time 60 in 65 zone (Because that's the RPM and speed I am most Efficient). Have you ever seen "carbon" (like a gas car will blow out if it hasnt been floored for ages) come out of a PSD? I have, LOL

WoW, I feel like a SAINT compared to you guys---- NOT---- second highest points in B.C.---2x2 year susp.--3x1year susp. 2x6mo and 3x3mo susp. and all for street raceing. That was back in the late 60s and early 70s. 10 driveing while under suspension convictions, and 1 Driveing Under The Influance Of Alcahol (got a year susp. for that one) Total 355 points, 6mo. in the bucket. and that dsn't count the tickets after I Growd up. I now have a compleatly clean abstract , haven't drank in over 20 years, and only go fast--- once in a while. Was it worth it? ---NO.

ive been pulled over 9 times, had 2 written warnings, and 7 verbal warnings and NO tickets. 1 was for running 2 stop signs and speeding 15 over, but the cop got another call, so i got out. Another was for rolling down my towns mainstreet, seeing a friend, flooring the truck at 15 mph, breaking the tires loose, and blowing lots of smoke. Got out of it cause it was a volunteer cop, and a real cop who was a friend got me out. LOL Most others were for speeding.

Cop Run in's

Lets see my driving record from the age of 16 to present is thicker then some books in a library. I won't even start with the tickets. But I will say this I have had a total of 18 points on my license at age 18. But I had 12 of those points removed through a license appeals review board. I also sued a police department for harrassement as well. One the case and left town for the Corps. Since then I have wised up and now have a clean driving record for the past 4 years. I figured out that speeding equals tickets, tickets equals fines and points on the license, fines and points equals higher insurance rates. I think I own part of michigan and not the part that my house sits on. Let me just say through my years of driving I have contributed about 30,000 dollars to the state of michigan in fines and reinstatement fees. But I never been in a jail or prison until I started working at one. But my best run in with a cop resulted in no ticket. California age 21, left bar at 12:30am on a friday night, going back to base. I was driving my 91 Ford T-bird with a built 302 under the hood. I was going about 125 down I-15 heading for the Fallbrook exit. I was hit by radar 3 miles from said exit. I kept on it got to the exit pulled up onto the exit ramp. Here is the stupidity of me, I popped the hood open, used a screw driver and lossened the radiator hoseclamp. Hose blew off the radiator, spraying hot coolant everywhere. Cop comes up behind me asks if I seen a car hauling a*# down the freeway. I replied and said yes sir looked like a black mustang must of been doign about mach 1. CHP said ok thanks and took off down the entrance ramp back on the freeway. I waited for the radiator to cool down, put hose back on, put a gallon of water into radiator and cruised back to base slowly.

Ive had several tickets but none for a very long time. Acctually since I got a real good radar detector (and use it like you supposed to and not like most idiots who think there supposed to be foolproof) I havent had one.

My favorite ticket however is when I was back in high school I had a 68 Camaro SS and pretty well built. I was at a light on the local cruise strip and a friend pulled up next to me in his Subaru. So just to be a smart azz I stomped on it, the stall kicked in and I launched. I let off instantly and never broke the 40mph limit. But sure enough I get caught and got a ticket that I would love to have right now framed.

He wrote on the ticket "Competed in street competition". Man what a cool ticket, sucks that I would have to tell everyone what I was "racing" though.

I was once pulled four times in four days. All stupid stuff. I have had a few tickets, but gotten out of all of them (its good to know people.) Also been pulled a bunch of other times, but when you work with the cops as much as I do, they tend to let ya off more.

Have you every had a cop pull you over on a main highway just to talk...I have

So now I'm 31, I still drive fast and somewhat aggressively but I'm smarter about it. Around age 23 I lost track of how many times I've been pulled over. It was in the 50's. Not too many tickets over the years, usually had around 3 on my record at any given time. The one that chapped my a$$ the most was a ticket when I was 20, the cop thought the fog lights on my car were too bright. "Failure to Dim"
Whatever, now I'm pissed again.

I'm a lucky one! Only got one speeding ticket! The Canuks will like this one! I got popped coming off a long hill heading up to the cabin doing 143k/h in a 80 k/h zone! Now here is the worst part! The tralier I was hauling had expired plates (my buddies trailer), no tail lights, and I gaurntee that I was way over weight for a 3/4 ton! The price? $35 bucks and no points! I got really lucky!

The worst was when I was 19! I had just left the mall and got on the freeway. I had a '91 F150 with 35's under it and a kicking system. I was minding my own business and driving about 5 over when out of no where I was surrounded by cop cars. I pulled over and was faced with about 10 officers with all their guns drawn. I was yanked out of the truck and made to lay face down with a shot gun pointed at the back of my head.

The reason? My truck and I fit the description of some guy who had just robbed the bank! Needless to say they couldn't say they were sorry enough after they realized I wasn't him! I got a couple of dinner joint certificates for my trouble's. They were just doing their job and I respect that!

I used

to get pulled over alot in high school. But its been about 6 years since my last time. I had to friends in high school that were brothers and did ALOT of bad stuff. The one that did the worst stuff never got caught and the other was in jail all the time. The brother that never got caught basically said i'm just alot smarter then eric, thats all.

i will be 18 later this year and have never been pulled. i dont know how cuz i drive fast but it does help to have a scanner, radar detector and CB

#25 ·
Heck, I was pulled over for doing 80 in a 65 two days after getting my license. I was in my first vehicle, an 86 Nissan 720 Pickup. The speedo was busted for the better part of the time I owned the truck. Thank GOD he gave me a verbal warning. The kicker is that I told my parents about it that night and they didn't believe me!

I have everyone beat here at this great site. I cant name them all like you but, i can tell you i have had so many that in one city they said the next one will be bye bye to my licens. i have had maybe 5-8 in Hurst. About 10 in fort worth, euless had 4, i really cant name them all but i know i have had over 30 tickest in the 5 years sence i got my licens.

...i have had over 30 tickest in the 5 years sence i got my licens.
Dude, I just have one thing for you;

SLOW THE F%^K DOWN!!!! For Serious!!! To stop yourself from getting ticketed...pick you battles. Only drive like a goof when no one is around and when speeding, always make sure there is someone going faster than you are...and don't weave in and out of traffic.

I like to get on it and drive fast just like everyone else, but dang man!

#28 ·
I agree with DITTY on this one, It's really not worth it. And now they are comming out with that new scanner, all they have to do is scan the plate on your truck and they got your driving record--Insurance record--and weather the truck is Insured or not, and if the plate is even supposed to be on that vehicle, or if it's been reported stollen. Thats a lot of info for sitting on the side and letting you drive by them. and Im sure that any wants and warrents will show up as well. It's going to a whole new level now.

I haven't got pulled over for a while

Last ticket I got was in my 4cyl S-10 doing 75 in a 55 pulling a trailer (2 quads on the truck trying to get enough speed to make the next hill :D)

Best one I powered out of was about 10 years ago in my built 400 powered
69' LeMans (Bright red old convertible in the 90's, kinda hard to miss in a small town)

It was about 1am & I ran into my nemasis from high school who drove a
351W powered late 80's Mustang
We start off flying through the 25 mph zone through town at about 80 or so & we passed TWO cops parked in a pull off

AT this point I figure I'm screwed if I stop so I stood on it that Pontiac for all it had, came up outta that section of town strongly pushing 120 mph then stood on the brakes to whip it into the next major side street (bought took out the corner guys shrubs too since those old cars weren't the best handlers :yikes: )
I got it straightend out & slowed down more, whipped into the next alley, and pulled right into somebodys carport & shut the car off

The cops went screaming by a few seconds later in both directions past me, I waited a few more seconds (felt like hours) and took off back the way we came as fast as that car would go

Never did catch me that night but they did catch the Stang', gotta say the dude was cool azz & never told the Po' who the other guy was.

For some odd reason they ALWAYS tailgated me through town after that though!

I never settled who was faster with that Ford and I got out of fast cars not to long after that once I realized I wasn't smart enough to drive them normally :bluewink:
