No way in hell.

If Ford were to put ARP studs and a better EGR cooler in their crate engines, then they would put themselves at risk of liability. God forbid if they ever acknowledge problems with it.

It will come with the same TTY bolts and EGR cooler as normal.

Egr cooler really wasn't the problem, it was the oil cooler and even then that wasn't really the issue. Its casting sand and the crap coolant that caused the oil cooler to clog that allowed the trickle of coolant to flash boil in the egr cooler and crack it.
But I digress... No a crate engine from ford does not have studs and only the last update of an egr cooler

Warranty work? If not, look into Blackwater Engines. A few members here have had great success with these folks. And you can order with studs.....and a hell of a lot cheaper than ordering one from ford!

The EGR cooler is unlikely to "crack and starts leaking coolant" unless the oil cooler has clogged and hindered/blocked the coolant flow to it. As long as there is sufficient coolant flow through the EGR cooler it has no reason to fail, other than a defective part to begin with. Defective coolers are out there, but nearly as prevalent as clogged oil coolers, IMO.
